I hope that your Thanksgiving Day is going well so far. Just a reminder, and a final decision, that there will be NO classes this weekend at the park. Enjoy your time off. Remember that strong training requires re-feed days, and days off, and a de-load week every so often. You can totally do all of those in one weekend ;) and this weekend sounds good to me.
