I just wanted to remind everyone that there will be NO Strong Nation this Sunday 3/14 due to a very special family event. Also, I wanted to let you know that I will be bringing back Friday High Fitness, Low Impact at 9:00 at Strother Park starting this Friday. Most of you use the punch cards but if you normally sign up through the city for a drop in it might not quite be up for this Friday. You can always sign up for a different day in the future and just let me know. I hope to see you guys there!!
