Come get your sweat on 30 seconds at a time! Totally adaptable, all fitness levels are encouraged to come. HIIT style Cardio, Bodyweight strength, balance and coordination, and core. Bring a mat and enjoy the beautiful outdoors with some fantastic people. Class is free, only donations accepted.
